Welcome to Help Not Included! We are a discussion board and social community for web hosting companies and customers (or just your average Joe) to all come together and post about their experiences hosting websites on the World Wide Web.

Long story short, we are here to serve as a resource for you. You're a person, or at least we assume you are. So there's a good chance that you also have opinions to share about your web host. Whether it's DoRoyal (the one we operate), or some other host entirely. Fact is, sometimes you just need a little bit of extra help, and while things such as Discord are great, they're not exactly the most public of things. Like, what happens when Discord shuts down in who knows how many years? All of that knowledge and information, gone to the ether. That sucks, and it's not ideal for information sharing and general support stuff.

Plus, not every web host is great at that whole "support" thing. I mean, helping people is hard sometimes. That's just the way things are, and that's just the reality of the internet and businesses in general. Support isn't always super supporting. And sure, while other websites exist, many doing the same thing we're attempting to do, none of them are really being done in a way that promotes and encourages data archiving, or just being a super friendly place to interact with your fellow web user.

So that's why we've created Help Not Included. We're not really meant to be a replacement for technical support, nor is that really our intention. Odds are, you're here because you found us on Google or some other search engine, where somebody asked a question about something, and our site just so happened to be higher up in the rankings. Which is great, cause that means our SEO is working well. (yay us!)

By the end of the day, we're here to provide you with a service. A forum, in 2026. Weird, but oh so invaluable in the modern era of hosting.

We're designed to be simple, easy to use, and straightforward. Plus, there are no advertisements or any other sort of obtrusive tracking stuff. We respect your privacy, and we respect the fact that you don't want to see a billion ads. This website is entirely nonprofit.
